Terms and Conditions of Participation and Donations
These conditions regulate participation in the solidarity events organized by the local initiative Movember Alcoi Valencia and the donation procedure associated with them.
1. Nature of the event
Movember Alcoi Valencia organizes local solidarity events (such as lunches, padel tournaments, etc.) with the sole purpose of raising funds and giving visibility to men's health, in support of the global cause of the Movember Foundation. These are not for-profit events.
2. Donations and Payments
Payments and donations are not processed through this website. Official donations are made via links to authorized external platforms, and event payments are managed externally by contacting the users.
To attend the events, the contribution or price of the ticket is managed directly with the local organization, with no payment gateway on this website. The amount collected (once the strict costs of the event, such as the restaurant food, have been deducted) will be donated entirely to the Movember Foundation.
3. Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Given the solidarity nature of the events and the need to reserve spaces and food in advance:
- Reservations will be considered effective once confirmed with the organization through the established channels (outside the web).
- No refunds: If, due to force majeure, the attendee is unable to attend the event, the amount paid will automatically be considered a donation to the cause and cannot be refunded (unless the organization expressly indicates otherwise).
4. Right of admission
The organization reserves the right of admission to events to guarantee a good atmosphere, the safety of attendees, and the proper development of the solidarity activity.
5. Image rights
It is possible that photographs or videos may be taken during the events to promote the cause on social networks and future campaigns. By attending our events, participants accept the possible publication of these images on the official channels of Movember Alcoi Valencia. If any attendee does not wish to be photographed, they must communicate this to the organization on the day of the event.
